My journey into bodywork was influenced by a major pelvic reconstructive surgery I underwent at the age of twenty-one, which ignited a desire to help others on their healing journeys.

Over the past few years, I have studied a range of modern and traditional techniques, specializing in deep tissue, sports injury and post-op recovery, scar tissue remodeling, manual lymphatic drainage, and energy work.

In my practice, I blend these methods to tailor treatments that meet each patient’s unique needs, and aim to release not only the physical manifestation of pain but also what lies beneath.
